1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using AI Builder Buddy's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Service Provider: AI Builder Buddy services are provided by VibeCraft Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of the United States.
2. Description of Services
AI Builder Buddy provides monthly membership-based AI development support and consulting services. We specialize in helping non-technical founders, product managers, designers, marketers, VCs, and domain experts build AI agents, AI-powered apps, and features with confidence—no tech jargon required.
Supported Tools and Platforms:
We provide expert guidance for building with popular AI development tools including Lovable, Cursor, Replit, Bolt, v0, and other modern AI-assisted development platforms. Our team helps you get the most out of AI code generation tools and overcome common roadblocks.
Expert Team:
Our services are provided by experienced software and AI engineers who have built and shipped production software. Our team includes experts with 8-13+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML/LLMs, cloud infrastructure, software architecture, UI/UX, and product development. We focus on helping you build production-ready AI agents and applications for business use cases.
Monthly Membership Includes:
- One 60-minute strategy call (recorded, with bullet-point action plan)
- Unlimited Discord/Loom Q&A with expert replies within two business hours, Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. ET
- Two fifteen-minute "911" screen-share windows each week for live pair-debugging
- Security & compliance support: expert advice on protecting your users' data and meeting industry standards
- Weekly AI for coding brief: hand-picked resources including papers, cost calculators, and safety checklists that actually matter
- Progress-or-free guarantee: if you feel like you're not moving forward, we will refund your current month's subscription or give you a free month (your choice)
Member-Only Add-On Services:
- ⚡️ Lightning Call: 30-minute session booked within 48 hours - Best for one stubborn blocker
- 🚀 Booster Session: 2-hour session scheduled in the same week - Best for finishing one feature fast (Stripe hook-up, tool-use loop, quick RAG tweak)
- 🏃 Sprint Week: 6 hours over 7 days with kick-off within a week - Best for shipping multi-agent workflows, full RAG stacks, or other AI-native releases
- 🛡️ Security & Compliance Audit: 3-hour comprehensive security review - Best for finding vulnerabilities and ensuring your app is safe and compliant before launch
3. Membership and Pricing
Membership Capacity: We maintain a limited membership of 7 seats per cohort to ensure quality of service.
Pricing Tiers:
- Early-bird: $299/month (first in cohort, 25% discount on everything)
- Standard: $399/month (remaining seats in cohort)
Add-On Pricing: Member-only add-on services are available at preferential rates, with early-bird members receiving additional discounts. Pricing varies by service type and membership tier.
Payment Terms: Membership is billed monthly in advance. Payment is required before service commencement each month.
4. Service Guarantees
Response Time Guarantee: We guarantee expert replies to Slack and Loom messages within two business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Time.
Progress-or-Free Guarantee: If we fail to meet our two-hour response guarantee and cannot move your project forward as a result, your next month of membership will be provided at no charge.
Availability: Services are provided in Eastern Time zone (ET/EST). We are available for real-time support during standard business hours.
5. Membership Terms
Commitment: Membership is month-to-month with no long-term contracts required. You may cancel at any time.
Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be submitted before your next billing date. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Scheduling: Strategy calls, screen-share sessions, and add-on services must be scheduled in advance through our booking system. We reserve the right to reschedule with reasonable notice.
6. Refund Policy
Subscription Refunds: We offer a 100% refund with no questions asked for any ongoing month of your membership subscription. Refund requests must be submitted during the active billing period for which the refund is requested.
Add-On Services: All add-on services (Lightning Call, Booster Session, Sprint Week, and Security & Compliance Audit) are non-refundable once purchased and scheduled. This is due to the personalized nature of these services and the dedicated time allocation required from our experts.
Service Delivery: If we fail to deliver a scheduled add-on service due to our own availability issues, a full refund will be provided or the service will be rescheduled at your preference.
7. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about technical issues and project requirements
- Maintain appropriate access and permissions needed for support
- Respect intellectual property rights and confidentiality
- Use services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Attend scheduled sessions or provide adequate notice for rescheduling
- Participate constructively in group sessions and community interactions
8. Security and Data Protection
Data Security: We take security seriously and help you build products that protect your users' data and earn their trust from day one. Our security guidance covers common AI risks including data leaks, prompt hijacking, and other vulnerabilities.
Confidentiality: All information shared during sessions, including code, business plans, and technical details, is treated as confidential. We maintain strict data protection protocols and do not share client information with third parties.
Compliance Support: We provide guidance on meeting industry standards and compliance requirements relevant to AI applications, helping ensure your product meets necessary regulatory standards.
9. Intellectual Property
Any code, documentation, or materials created during our sessions remain the property of the member/client. AI Builder Buddy retains the right to use anonymized examples and general methodologies for educational and marketing purposes, but will never share specific client code or proprietary information.
10. Limitation of Liability
AI Builder Buddy provides consulting and support services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide high-quality guidance, we make no warranties about specific outcomes or results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the current billing period.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our website at least 30 days in advance.
